Haute Couture week in Paris has come and gone and before fashionistas from all over the world migrate to NY for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, I thought this would be a great time to do a post on my favorite Haute Couture collection.
I'm not gonna deny it--I'm a girly kind of girl, who loves everything pink, lacy, romantic and fluffy. And Elie Saab's Spring/Summer 2012 collection was a dreamy dance through a candy store. Elie Saab brought romance to a whole new level with beautiful shades of sorbet pastels, intricate lace, diminutive tulle flowers, dripping sparkles and slightly puffed out cotton candy skirts. All while maintaining a very classic, lady like shape--a cinched waist to highlight the female's hourglass form. Very modern day princess.
I'm in love.
