So in order to make myself blog on a more regular basis, I've decided to introduce Monday Munchies! Where I'll be blogging about anything food related every Monday because I honestly don't know a better way to start off the week than to talk about food (and mostly because it's the only day of the week that starts with the same letter as munchies).
To kick off this new installation, what better to talk about than my favorite meal of the day -- breakfast! (Or more often, brunch. Since as all college students will tell you, it really doesn't seem possible to get out of bed before 10 am. It really is ridiculous.)
Here's a collection of my go-to's:
(1) Blueberries and Greek Yogurt, often substituted with seedless grapes
(2) Chocolate chip pancakes and milk
(3) Brie and apple omelet with a side of tortilla
(4) Poached eggs over herb-gruyere toasts, recipe can be found here.
I promise I'll try to make the upcoming food posts a tad bit more exciting than this.
